Initially we arrange a meeting with you whereby we establish the criteria of your search and what you aim to achieve from your proposed property purchase. Once we have determined this information, we can impartially advise on factors to be taken into consideration such as market rates, trends and conditions. We will also recommend on areas, vicinities and schools, should this be relevant to your search.

RESEARCH & SOURCING

This is a key element to finding your property. Once the blueprint for your search has been set we will begin to source relevant properties available on and off the market through our contacts in the industry. A list of optimum properties is then compiled, each one is then visited by one of our senior consultants who will then confirm or eliminate each selection, according to your set criteria. This ensures there are no hidden surprises, as we know how good estate agents’ photography skills can be!

BRIEF & SHORTLISTED PROPERTY VIEWING

Following our findings a meeting is arranged to discuss the shortlisted properties. We will consult with you on each property’s features, potential, local area and price. Subsequently we accompany you on viewing each property, at a time most convenient to you.

NEGOTIATION

When the right property has been sourced we will secure it on your behalf. With the benefit of our experience and expert skill in this area, we will negotiate the best price and terms on your behalf.

LEGAL

We oversee the entire legal process and maintain contact with all the relevant parties in the sale to ensure the transaction is completed as smoothly as possible. We have long standing relationships with some of the finest law firms, which we are able to recommend to our clients.
